STONERIDGE AT WELLS BRANCH BOARD MEETING June 5, 2010, 6:30PM, Library
The meeting was brought to order by President Linda Jackson with board member Dan Ernst present and Sandra Bishop, HOA Manager. The president opened with introductions of those present. With board members and management, there were nine who attended the meeting. The minutes of the previous meeting, which was the owners' annual meeting, were reviewed and approved after a motion by Dan Ernst and second by Kevin Ward. The president and Dan Ernst described the recent damage done to one of the entrance walls by a driver. The owner does have insurance with State Farm and a claim will be pursued to rebuild the stone wall. Those present did want the wall rebuilt. This meeting was set to specifically discuss ideas presented by landscape architect Stephen Domigan, who was hired after the owners' approval at the recent annual meeting to design a long term plan to improve the entrances. Mr. Domigan had met with the landscape committee and board members to lay out his initial ideas. Mr. Domigan presented his drawings of suggested improvements, various materials and plants that could enhance the different areas. Owners were each given the opportunity to ask questions and make suggestions of their own. These suggestions will be incorporated into new ideas and owners will be given additional opportunities to review the plans. The meeting was then adjourned.
