Help Needed. Voluntary Committee Positions in Stoneridge
Posted on Sep 18th, 2022

HELP NEEDED!  Have you ever wondered how YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE in your neighborhood.  The Stoneridge POA is made up of neighbors just like you that want to be a part of a wonderful place to live.  All the positions are voluntary that most take less than an hour a month of time to participate.  Currently we have several needs that any neighborhood member can help to MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN STONERIDGE.

If you can help, please indicate willingness to volunteer and send an email to Dan Ernst at
  1. Needed: Additional Architectural member and/or Chairperson that is not related to a board member (per state law). The ACC is charged with maintaining community standards on behalf of all homeowners, and is empowered to create reasonable enforcement guidelines for the community. Participation/communication is almost entirely via email as we review property improvements. No prior architectural experience is necessary, only a willingness to be a voice for how you envision our neighborhood to look. Time commitment: 1-2 hours per year
  2. Needed: Members of and/or Chairperson of the Landscape Committee.  This committee meets a couple times a year to walk the common areas with the Landscaping Company Architect to select flowers, color changes, and make suggestions regarding landscape improvements of the Association. Time commitment: 1-2 hours per year
  3. Needed: Members of and/or Chairperson of the Communication and Website Committee. Time commitment: 1-2 hours per month.  This position requires some computer experience and ability to communicate clearly. No software programming skill required. The website format is a easy to use HOA Sites platform that can be easily mastered in only few hours of training that will be mentored by several others familiar with the program. (Personal note; If I can figure this out, almost anyone can!)
