2023 Homeowner Dues Now Due
Commonly called “dues” the regular homeowner assessment is $240 per year ($20 per month) and payable in January directly to the management company in yearly, quarterly, or monthly installments (your choice).

Every property owner in our community is a member of the Wells Branch Residential Property Owners Association, Inc., d/b/a Stoneridge Wells Branch Property Owners Association. This is fully disclosed as part of the home purchase process, during which documentation is provided that informs property owners of that relationship and the responsibility for payment of a recurring assessment (dues).
