Landscaping News
Lawns and other CCR violations will be assessed in the coming weeks and letters sent asking that homeowners remedy overgrown, unsightly, or dangerous conditions.  All owners have an obligation to maintain the exterior of their home, including the lawn and landscaping. Proper landscaping includes mowing, edging, weed removal, watering, removal of dead trees and plants, and replacing dead grass.  Neighbors can report issues to The Bishop Company.
 
Reminders
  • Wells Branch remains under stage 1 water restrictions.
  • Lawn maintenance is a must to ensure the visual appeal / value of the neighborhood. 
  • Mowing and edging are expected year-round.  No yard clippings should be swept into the sewer / drainage system.
