The Stoneridge Wells Branch Property Owners Association maintains:

• Grass and trees on east side of Wells Port
• Entrances and flower beds at Cervin and Ploverville
• Greenspace easement on Camas Dr., including back fence

Areas maintained by others:

• Wells Branch MUD manages areas outside POA borders.
• Travis County oversees sidewalks, streets, the bridge.
• Individual property owners are responsible for their own lots.
