General Overview of Stoneridge Wells Branch POA
Background
The Stoneridge neighborhood is located within the Wells Branch Municipal Utility District (MUD) in Austin, Texas 78728.
The property owners association (POA) for Stoneridge was created in 1994 as the Wells Branch Residential Property Owners Association, Inc. by the developer Wells Branch Joint Venture. In 2022, the Bylaws were amended to name the association, Wells Branch Residential Property Owners Association, Inc., d/ b/a Stoneridge Wells Branch, Property Owners Association. Stoneridge is a small part of the larger Wells Branch community.
Purpose
Stoneridge Wells Branch POA
- provides maintenance of common areas
- oversees enforcement of deed restrictions and Covenant, Conditions, and Restricts (CCRs) that protect and maintain the property values of our neighborhood, and
- contracts with a company to manage the organization's finances, IRS filings, official correspondence, and record-keeping
- facilitates communications to homeowners such as quarterly newsletters, crime watch notices, upcoming events, other news
- organizes neighborhood activities
Leadership
A Board of Directors manages the association with help from various committees, all of whom are volunteers from those who live in the neighborhood. Additional volunteers sign up for specific activities. We can always use more help!

Directors are elected at the annual meeting held in May. Officers and committee chairs are selected by the Board. Committee members are approved by the Board.

Management Company
CSA Management Company is the management company. for Stoneridge POA and will be the registered agent for service. They will set up online assessment accounts for homeowners, send out CCR violation letters, collect fines, fees, etc. The POA Board DOES NOT collect the annual assessment.
Location
The Stoneridge neighborhood is part of Wells Branch Municipal Utility District (MUD) located on the northern boundary of Austin, Texas in Travis County. Stoneridge is on the eastern edge of Wells Branch, east of Wells Port Pkwy with entrances at Ploverville Lane and Cervin Blvd. The location offers convenient access to Austin, Pflugerville, Round Rock, and Georgetown by either IH-35 or MoPac/Loop 1.
Local public schools serving Stoneridge are Northwest Elementary, Westview Middle School, and John B. Connally High School (Pflugerville ISD). There are numerous private schools in the area.
